We would like to introduce our molds that reduce maintenance costs. As a "gas venting measure for plastic molds," we install appropriate air vents and air grooves according to the resin used and the shape, achieving a structure with high gas venting efficiency. We also consider the balance of protrusions after molding, setting clearances for each resin, and selecting appropriate steel materials and surface treatments for parts that operate and slide to ensure corrosion and wear resistance, implementing "wear and galling measures." Additionally, we conduct "in-house heat treatment" for the purposes of suppressing aging changes, improving wear resistance, and stabilizing hardness.
